Darkness Shard and Falagar

So basically i have two questions:
At which location can you find the Darkness shard as it is the last shard i'm missing and have no idea where to find it.
Second question is where do i find Falagar? After getting out of Falagars Mansion the guy who greeted me told me to rescue him somehow out of the headquarter but i have no idea how to get in there.

The answer to both questions is the Blackgaurd Prison. If you follow the quest you will have to go to the prision fight the boss to get to Falagars room. Boss has the shard and then you can get Falagar.

edit: you cannot skip steps in the quest just follow the quest and you will eventually get to the prison.

i don't want to skip steps it's just i have no idea what to do as the quest states i have to find a way in the headquarter but no hint on how to do that :(

Ask npcs around town. you will find one that moves the quest to the next step, my hint is that the npc is outside...

ask about the Karthal league and its leaders (Hamza in particular) at the bars/inns. There is a woman (Haifa) at the Lock Kit who wants to know why you are asking. She will give you a password and mention something about a cosmic circle. The Cosmic Circle is a store in Karthal. Go there and use the password. You will meet with Hamza and be given two new quests. Not sure if that is the step you need or not.
