If you completed the bandit's lair then take the scroll back to Morgan

Ugg, i did take it to him. Now it just highlighted I think. It says Letter. I also have a clue which looks like a piece of paper. The letter shows as a usable token but I cant seem to use it.

Is that the one where I helped the lady from the church in town find a book, and then I happened to also find Luke the brigand. Was that him I killed a while back?

When you check your journal what does the quest say to do? It usually tells you the next step?

Discover who is leading the bringands. Where is the brigand leader?

Is the brigand not in the den of thieves? Was the bringand leader one of the 3 that I am searching for another quest?

No the brigand leader is not in the bandit cave. Have you done the lighthouse and elemental forge quests? after this the gaurd moves from the bridge and you can go west to seahaven

can you help me, i've done quest at castle portmeyron, then i recieve new Quest of morgan, same as you, i stuck at this :
Morgan's Eyes and ears:
-discover who is leading the brigands

and same goes for you. Elemental Disturbence Quest.
If you haven´t killed Grolkar the Earth elemental you cant progress any further.
Go to portmeyron and talk to lev for a flight to the forge

I got stuck after the elemental forge.
On my second attempt of crashing my way through Act II (thanks 32-bit Vista), I just ran into a locked door in the place i knew i should be heading to.

Turns out i forgot to talk to Morgan a second time after getting back from the forge...D'oh!
You should get a 'search for lord Kilburn' quest before heading off towards Seahaven.

There is a room on the same floor as the governor in castle portmeyron but its on the other side of the floor. You can go find that room which has a griffon and npc that will fly you to the elemental area. U gotta kill the green elemental to finish act 1 there.

but when im taking with lev there is not highlight the line : "1.travel : go to elemental force"
just can click in this : "2. gossip: griffin duchy"
My main Q now is: 1. Morgan's eyes and ear : discover who is leading the brigands
2. elemental disturbance: discover what the elves have been doing
is there any side Q need to finish to continue the elemental disturbance Q???

I think you just need to go to the elemental area and kill the green elemental, I was trying to overthink this part also but when I killed him, then I could continue on to seahaven. Sorry not more help.
