Problem finding the key in Lost City level 4

Hi there,

I think I have a big problem. I know that there is the shard of water on 4th level of Lost City behind the locked door in the northeast. Unfortunately I cannot find the key to this door. Does anyone know where to find it?

Same here, I'm stuck since yesterday, I need the Shalassa blessing to reach the ship for the main quest, cleared all Lost City 4th level but I can't open door at 30,13, I need the key.
Where I can find it?

P.S. Just found it, I missed a secret door in 8.16.

Same problem but I see no secret door at 8,16 on level 4 and the other levels don't have an 8,16 spot. ? I have found other secret doors, but not this one. Thanks.
