Long enough?
I think I'll take a bit longer though, since I usually take it slow (as in VEEERY slow) when playing RPGs. I'm at Act 3, and have already 39 hours.
Yeah I'm pretty slow to, just the way I like it.
Wish there were more side quests though.
Also, I know I was only in adventure mode, but the game was just stupid easy once I had my team to level 15 or so. I know I can ramp up the difficulty but I mean even the bosses were easy to kill. If I wanted to I could of just struck them without using any skills and I'm pretty sure I'd win.
There were tons of glitches too.
I couldn't hire spike to save my life. (made sure I had no one else hired, rebooted game too)
In the temple of Ylath I couldn't interact with the floating statue even though it gave me an option too (I would press space and nothing would happen)
Maybe I'v been missing things though.
Warrior mode isn't that hard either. You just have to tread more lightly.
In fact, I don't think MMX has that classic challenge like the older games.
Anyway try playing Ambermoon on the Amiga. THEN you'll see WHAT is a challenging game. :p
All Obelisks completed but 1 book missing too.
My group was Crusader/Scout/Runepriest/Freemage, and my scout was the last to get promoted.
Oh and I heard the egyptians had a game called Jackal and Hounds which was meant to be challenging...
I bought the game... So I'll play it again in warrior and see.
I don't have any master skills yet, but I assume the progression for each tier is 7-8-9 for a total of 24 points to GM a skill. So basically, we have enough points to GM four skills, or six master skills, or whatever combination.
Just wanted to get an idea of how much I can raise my skills.
There aren't any bonus points from quests, you only get them for leveling.
