Quest: Haart have it's reasons
Good day, some hints about that quest plz, how to spy on lord Haart and discover where's hes goes.

Night to come to his house. Discover that he was not home. Then talk to the guard at the entrance to the city and go to look for him on the right of the city.

the guard won't talk to me - I don't get any options for talking to him to choose only leave.

It has to be night time. 7-8pm or later. Check your clock. You also need to go to his house first, so you know he's not there.
