Apparently, they are having trouble getting into "The Lost City". I've never played that far in, so unfortunately cannot help them.
Thanks for that. I had a search to see if there were any known issues related to "The Lost City" but couldn't find anything.
@bv17 If you are able to record a video clip of what is happening and upload it to YouTube, we might be able to find someone who can see if there is something else you need to do or if it looks like it may be a bug.
