Are we stilled screwed on the DLC relics?

I've been reading the threads on this .For clarity, are the DLC relics still not available? If I start a new game will I encounter any game ending bugs? I started a new game and there's a single , unidentified relic in the inventory. This is after a fresh install. I have a cloud save with a party that has the DLC relics but fresh parties do not.

I think using them all makes things a little unbalanced but a couple help me balance some characters that are weaker choices otherwise.

The DLC says "active" in the bonus content tab.

Is this the case after using your key to redeem DLC too?

Some DLC content has been rendered inaccessible following the shutdown of the servers for Might and Magic X - Legacy last June.

An investigation was opened into this but it isn't currently confirmed if the DLC will or won't be re-instated in-game.

Should we receive any further updates on this, we'll of course let you know!

The relics were not part of DLC, they were Uplay rewards.

Since ubi was too lazy to patch them in the game after their server shutdown, the best option is to follow this post from a player who shared a way to edit the files to reinstate them.

Ignore the bit about it not being needed anymore - it isn't for the main issue but still has a secondary benefit of granting all the exclusive relics. It works perfectly on the current steam version - I just used it about 2 weeks ago and have almost finished the game.

Hello alienstookmybeer and Korgz!

All the uplay rewards for legacy Ubisoft titles (including Might & Magic X - Legacy) should be automatically unlocked when the game is launched for the first time.

If there are any issues with redeeming or using them, please make sure to verify your game files in Steam, hopefully that should do the trick, thanks!
