Do you get Shield Master Bonus of Retaliation Strike even if you are not using a shield?

if a shield is not equipped and you are using a two handed weapon lets say. Do you get the Master Shield bonus and Grandmaster Shield bonus ?

No, you need the shield. To retaliate with 2-handed weapons, you need Dodge GM. The Hunter and Mercenary can do it.
