do you recomend this for someone with no expireince that wants to learn more about graphics and stuff or its too complex?

It's indeed a bit complex too for someone who has no knowledge in texturing at all. However, if you have never used any painting tool such as Photoshop, Substance Designer might actually be more intuitive and more empowering for a noobie. I recommend downloading the trial version on our Website (when it's back online....) and look at the video tutorials.
