Suggestion: Arcade-Rules Lobby System

Loving this game so far! I wouldn't change anything about the structure of the rounds themselves, I think it's super fun and chaotic and wonderful.

However, one thing that would be a nice addition is an "arcade-rules" lobby system. That is:

- 8 player lobbies
- 1v1 still, everyone else is spectating
- Spectators can hear all chat; players can only hear local chat (optional)
- Spectators are organized into a queue
- Winner stays, loser goes to the back of the queue
- If the reigning player beats everyone in the queue, they go to the back of the queue
- Reigning player can give up their position at the end of a match

Maybe people could make fake wagers on who wins a map / match too, and if you win you get some XP when the match you're spectating finishes. IDK.

Great game! I look forward to seeing what else y'all do with it, even if I'm very satisfied with it right now.

Perfection. Here's a wild additional suggestion: The first round throws all players into a map at once as a warmup. Their survival time decides what order they fit into the queue. The longer you live, the higher your spot up the queue. Then the real 1v1 rounds commence.

It would be awesome if there was some kind of in game currency you could use to gamble while spectating, then said currency could maybe be used to get cosmetic items like skins/colors for weapons or anything

Bump, I think more dynamic lobby building would make this WAYYYY more enjoyable with my friend group. I think spectating would a good game mode to have, but it would be great to have like a round robin system or other tournament game modes where players compete at the same time.
