How to turn off spinning blades in the Refinery?

I'm at the final cycle. I thought I'd get an ability to turn them off, but I didn't. Now I need to do the refinery, but I just can't seem to find how to turn them off. There's nowhere else to go either.

You need to use one of the plants, the tendril-thingie one, and connect them to the power sources like this:

Yeah I just found it out too. It seems I used the wrong entrances into the refinery, and there's nowhere to go there. You have to use the Pantheon of Stars entrace to progress.

it kinda depends what extractors you have too.
