Why do you not understand licensing in games?

Almost all of the good ones are missing. You can play user created courses, which is a nice feature, but they feel lifeless and hollow, much like the commentary and general presentation of the game. EA's game was much better at this in almost every way, although the UI was notoriously buggy and the online was basically nonexistent.

You can just buy both though. No law against it. :ghlol:

You must be playing the wrong user created courses then. Everyone that is familiar with the course designing scene knows that user created versions of real courses are the best (and most accurate) courses (even better than their respective official ones). You just need to know what to look for.

Augusta didnt give 2K a licence to use the course and/or 2K refused to pay for the licence. I agree its a damn shame but thats the long and short of it.
There's other courses that I would like to see in the game as well but sadly arent, in that sense EA did a better job with their PGA game.

EA PGA was god-awful. Talk about hollow? That game was lifeless. UI was TERRIBLE. Stuttered like crazy. Some courses looked good but that is all. Weird stocky characters.

I cannot fathom how people prefer EA PGA over this... who needs commentary in a golf game o_O
