Its most definately not pay to win. Its play to win. The more you play, the more quests you finish, the more vc you earn, the better your golfer becomes. I didn't spend anything more than the price of the game and I have two golfers at 94 overall, plus 2 at 90 overall and one at 85 overall and I have over 6000 vc.

Disregard Capt EO. He is nothing more than a meme. He is clearly playing some other game and not this one.

Yea. i paid for one golfer at 97 overall and grind the other one. I pay so i don't have to grind.
i am always online playing so no time to grind.

There's absolutely no need to pay for anything in this game. Do your challenges and quests and you will have more than 1 myplayer at 99ovr in a decent amount of time.

bottom line: the game is not a sim its an arcade game version of golf thats obvious and undeniable .

and whether i have the full game or not is totally irrelevant because i do have the demo and have played it enough to know what i am saying is true.

so yes my opinions do matter and i will continue to provide them for people who are thinking about laying down $$$ for this hot dumpster fire of a game. sorry if it bothers you.

Your opinions would matter if you owned the game and then told us why its a "hot dumpster fire" and listed all of the so called bugs you claim the game has. How could you possibly say the game is buggy when you don't even own it? I guess you are just trying to deflect from the fact that you aren't good at the game or maybe you just can't afford the game so you lash out at it with wildly false accusations to help you cope. I mean for someone who doesn't own the game, you sure do have a lot of anger towards it. Maybe you would be better off playing a game that you actually like rather than coming here and looking foolish?

Truthfully No Buddy owns the game 2K does you just get the rights to play it. I just play the demo when i click on discussion on the demo start page it comes here so i guess they give us the rights to discuss it. Go to the reviews i'm sure you will read about a lot problems and bugs and dislikes.

I think you are missing the point of my comment. Capt EO constantly spams the forums saying the game is a dumpster fire, full of bugs, and an arcade game. Whenever anyone asks him for examples he doesn't respond. All I'm saying is if he feels the game is all that he says it is, tell us why? Who knows, he may convince me he is right, but since he never backs up what he says, he is nothing more than a troll.

You can't evaluate the game based on the demo. The demo is hobbled in many ways. You only get 1 vc per hole played, you don't have access to most of the shot types, you don't have access to the quest system. All you get is nine holes of game play with a terrible level 65 character. In my opinion, in the demo they should have let you play with a level 80 to 85 character so that you could get a better feel for what the game is.

There are real golf simulators you can build at your house if you have room. some even use the golf club 2 for graphics and courses.. prices ahve come down a lot since they first came out.. you can hit into a screen with the image of the hole on it or a net and have the outcome playout on a near by tv.. use real clubs off a mat and the ball speed spin'loft etc can be read by a golf monitor.. prices range from thousands to a few hundred bucks.
