PC Game Crashing

Please fix crashing issues. I've noticed a lot of people having freezing and crashing issues. Stop worrying about your micro-purchasing problems and fix the damn game. I bought the game and now I want to "Play" the game. A playable game should be your priority and nothing else.

I couldn't play the demo. Now it looks like they haven't fixed it, so I will not buy it yet. Let me know if they fix it for the PC.

If you turn off the steam controller input and the voice chat in the options, it reduces the crashing by quite a large margin, although it still does happen once every 2 or 3 rounds for me. What really annoys me, is sometimes when it crashes to desktop it will corrupt your save and wants to start the game from scratch again. If you skip the initial training it then goes to character creation, and then it finds your save information and restores it, but puts you back to default settings and then you have to change all your settings back to where you had them, your swing preference and everything. Please fix the damn crashing 2K!

Every time I play, I get a crash plus, as a bonus, I once got a blue screen (my first in several years).
Now, I've only played 5 hours... and I'm starting to get bored.

Well, this is complete crap. As well as turning the steam controller input off, and disabling voice chat, I turned the steam overlay off. And it still crashes. Today I played the last round of Q-School and then played a local round after that, and it crashed me back to desktop 5 times during those 2 rounds. Kind of takes the fun out of it, if you ask me. I have a high end computer and it does not crash in other games at all, including Grey Zone Warfare, which is in early access. Maybe it overheats my computer, as I do hear the fan more then in any other game I play. They really need to fix this crashing issue. That as well as the VC Nerf is going to drive people away from this game big time.

There was a patch today, and I think they may have addressed the stability issues. Yesterday I played 2 rounds and it crashed me back to desktop 5 times. Today I played 2 rounds in my career, and it worked flawlessly. Never crashed once. So here's hoping. lol.

@mmason1331-Yeah I guess you're right. I played the 3rd round of the Ace Championship this morning, and it crashed on the 15th hole, and had to make the putt again when I went back in. I was using head phones though, so maybe it was the audio device, as I used my speakers yesterday for the 2 rounds I played without it crashing. But really, they need to make this game stable. To add insult to injury, the VC I received for the round was down to 51 VC now. These guys are unbelievable. I guess there must not be enough people buying VC for them yet.

The patch definitely didn't address the connection issues. I made a ticket to 2k and they blamed my equipment and internet, which it's not the problem. I never had issues until the last patch was put into place. It says connection has been lost...blah blah blah then send me to the main menu where everything is fine. For me, this only happens in ranked duos. I have lost a few hundred points from server disconnects. It's not really enjoyable to play ranked at this point and I will stop until there is a patch. Knowing 2k they will never fix the issue and screw everybody.

Yes fix them. Now. Honestly garage developers don't leave game breaking issues sit this long and their games aren't 70 freaking dollars. Get your crap together.

Crashing at 3m open logo screen after rival handshake. After relaunching game and continuing event it loads at final putt hit. Hole/round completes, handshake, 3m screen then crashes.
What happens if I withdraw from this point? Does it account for any progress in round or is a withdraw just a withdraw?
