Have Evo upgrades been debuffed?

I could have sworn upgrading to Emerald was a +4 buff but now it's showing +3. Base upgrade still shows +2. Anyone else seeing this?

I'm guessing this was intentional as it appears VC rewards have been nerfed as well.

I can confirm this, they nerfed all tier of upgrades, nerfed the VC gain after each match and everything in the store cost more VC now... Kinda ♥♥♥♥ for people without early access xD

I suspect a mix of this and the double XP week starting tomorrow. They were worried about people levelling way too quickly. With a season due to last till the end of May I imagine they didn't want people having a stable of maxxed out players in the first week then leaving the game bored by mid March
