Installed.. Won't Launch??

So i installed 2k25.. Works fine on my laptop.. Put it on my monster desktop, It starts, and just does nothing then just does nothing.. No splash screen or anything. Im WAY over spec.. Ryzen 9, 3090, 128G Ram... Zero issues on any other game. Nice $125 Early Launch...

Update: Still can't launch.. Reinstalled, Verified Game Cache, No Controllers Plugged in (i use 3 click anyway).. No splash screen , nothing.. You click play, a box opens up says launching (Steam), then it goes away and the game status just goes from Running back to Play.

Same issue here in Australia.. currently a patch downloading so lets see if that does anything??

No patch downloading here, I know there was a patch if you had the beta installed, but this is fresh straight release install.

I'm having the exact same issue. Haven't been able to play the game after I bought it. Is there a solution yet? It started doing it with the First Look Demo. I have a 3070ti and all my other games work. Drivers are up to date, etc. Launching it in Steam shows that it's running, then it quickly appears in Task Manager and then just disappears. Tried different solutions like running it as admin, reinstalling, verified Game cache, etc. but still haven't been able to launch the game.

I would like to know a solution to this issue as well. Try to launch the game starts and goes to black screen as if the game is about to start, then about 4 seconds goes by it stops its self completely and I'm back to my desktop

Yeah it's so frustrating, I've logged a ticket with their support, so at least they do know about it. But I really wish they would hurry up and fix it, focus on game breaking bugs like this that completely prevent people from playing rather than adding more pay to win content. But that being said, it's only really been a day from launch, not including the early access.

finally got my game to play yesterday....... did the update now and the same thing is happening...... what a game? any solutions

I’m also having the same issue… there was a patch last week that fixed it for me and then another release today made this issue come back so I’m assuming there will be another small patch in the next day or two that fixes it again and this will probably be a never ending cycle haha

i am not having any launch problems on win11 but i am hanging when joining a game online and cant seem to go back to the start screen i just lock up in the game sometimes joining a game online

Failure to Launch... Again

This is now becoming quite frustrating. When the First Look released I was able to play it for a while before it just refused to launch. I decided to wait for the full release which I had already pre-purchased because the demo might have some issues. When the full game released and after downloading it the game also refused to launch. Steam would briefly show the game 'Running' and the icon would appear on the Taskbar and in Task Manager before just quitting the game for no reason. Then they released the first patch and FINALLY I was able to launch the game and play it for a few days. Now with this massive Patch 3.6 I am again unable to launch the game. Doing the exact same thing as before. I just can't get it to launch.

I've tried everything within my knowledge: Updated Drivers and Windows (also clean Windows installation), Run as Administrator, Compatibility, Verify Game Files, Move Installation Folder, delete Save folder in Documents, turn off Steam Overlay/NVIDIA Overlay/Game Bar, Windows Defender and Firewall, Restart PC/Steam, close other applications (like NZXT Cam and SignalRGB), remove unwanted USB devices (I only play with keyboard and mouse), etc. but still no success in launching the game and I honestly am at a lost now and quite frustrated. Since the release of the game I was only able to play it for 12 hours between the first patch up until the release of patch 3.6.

Any idea of what I can try to get this game to launch... please!? I have Windows 11, an RTX 3070ti, Core-i5 11th gen and 16GB Ram. Like I said the game played and ran amazingly for a while before the latest patch. Thanks in advance.

game wont start

Im playing on PC. for some reason since the update a few days ago I cant start my game and more. anyone else having this issue. Steam starts the load the game up but before it starts it immediately crashes.

reinstall windows i would think.. its launching well for most people.
