Skill Points?

So, I have kind of sussed where I can get a reasonable amount of vc - Ranked Tours. Take no notice of the high scorers who get -19+ every round. I played 2 one rounders and was over par in both and a 4 rounder where I ended it on +3 and I gained in total around 1000 vc

What I haven't sussed is getting a decent amount of skill points. Any ideas/advice?

Skill points are allocated with the Attribute points. Look at the Skill Tabs where the Attribute points are. The Skill points are shown when you open the Skill tabs.
