How does voice chat work?

Voice chat is on, I can hear other players but can’t talk. No issues in any other game so it’s not windows or headset settings.

Any ideas?

I think it is something with push to talk...it can be always on or need to hit button to talk.

On pc enable it in sound settings. its open mic(We need push to talk)
