did you have to pre purchase for the HELLOGOLFERS code to take- its the only one that hasnt worked for me.

once i linked account to 2K, all codes worked...I didnt have it linked in 23 and not sure why as 2k does borderland games as well and didnt have it linked there either...I do now and codes work fine.
