Game does not start-SOLVED

Hangs with a blank screen at start up.
Tried rebooting PC,same issue.
I will verify the game and see if that works.

P.S. Verifying cache did not fix the problem.

P.S. SOLVED by removing the one device I forgot about ,my CH Pro Throttle.

Might be a usb peripheral but I aint disconnecting anything because the ids get rearranged and that may not be the issue anyway.

Just played a few rounds of EA's golf,no isssues.

I have done everything.
I reckon it's the Unity Engine causing issues.

I installed Golf Club 2019 which uses the Unity Engine.
That starts up fine.

What is going on with this demo???????????

Same here and I NEVER have problems with games running. Win 10, RTX 4070 or something, latest drivers... Just won't launch. all other games (NMS, RDR2/RDO, GTAV, GTAO, etc. etc. work great.).

Ok Update. I turned off the USB port that my wired Xbox controller was plugged into (I'm on a PC, but still occasionally need a "game pad" for things like FS2020, GTAV, etc.) and I also disabled the USB devices for my CH Pro Throttle and CH Fighterstick. I got into the game, but decided I really didn't want to create yet another account, so... uninstalled. Getting old, getting tired of all the crap; especially since they said in October they are ending 2k21. Ah well.

More jumping thru hoops ... I've had enough ... uninstaling and demanding a refund.
