Demo freezes?

I have tried the demo twice and both times at different sections of the training it freezes up. Is anyone else having this problem? The only thing I can do is to go into task manager and kill the process. I have a top end gaming computer and NEVER had this problem with 2K23.

No freezes, but it constantly crashes to desktop.

I finally got thru the training and am in the Quick Play and it does the same thing, I get to my back swing and it freezes. I purchased the Legend version, I sure hope this doesn't carry over to that version. As is, this First Look is unplayable.

Seems un-optimized. Freezes and crashes on PC, lags at times in middle of backswing. Crashed midround a few times.

Hope that's just demo-bugs.

0 freezes or crashes over 11hrs in game 3 lvl 10 created. i am sure full game will crash for me 100000 times lol

Are you using mouse or a controller??
My mate is using a controller and he's having regular freezes and lock ups.

I'm using a mouse and it's running like a dream....

Horrible Unity Engine I bet.

Unity Engine is known to crash games at start up.

Must be a version that does not play with my machine.

32 gig ram

Nuclear Option,another game that runs on the Unity Engine is OK.

The Unity Engine they use on this demo Hangs on start up.

Will not be buying this crap.

I am using a mouse. I had to turn off anti-aliasing, and bump some of the graphic ULTRA settings to High and it seems to be running now. I have a high end gaming machine and should NOT have to do this - they have problems.

The Demo doesn't even start either for me, when trying to start it and on task manager nothing happens its like it doesn't exist.

Ya it is not starting for me either freezes at a loading screen. Anyone have any idea how to fix this??

After the graphic changes it seemed to work finally, but, it still freezes now and then - this should not be happening, not even on the demo.

I do not get the loading screen.
I see the game icon sit on the taskbar at the bottom,then a blank screen then a box comes up saying the demo is unresponsive.
Have not seen the menu screen at all.

Unity Engine crap.

It would be nice to hear some response from the developers but they really do not care, I need to rethink continuing with this 2K series golf game. I wish it would have stayed strictly with HB studios.
