PGA TOUR 2K25 General Discussion, Opinions and Reviews

ClintBeastwood has PGA TOUR 2K25

Needing help, I bought the legendary edition. When the window popped up to download the game, I had to close it to clear up some space on my drive. Now I cannot find an option to pre-download the game ahead of the the early release tonight. Anyone know what I can do to get it downloaded now?

Doesn't feel like much has changed since 2K23...

Has much really changed in 2+ years? Other than the swing mechanics and some ball physics and touches here and there. These are appreciated. But career mode seems the same. Online matchmaking the same. It looks slightly better, but not all that much.

I don't know, I love 2K23, and it had its issues. 2K25 just feels like we should see a bigger leap than this. Just my initial thoughts.

I agree with the swing itself and the physics being an improvement. I hope the "rivals" in career mode is improved. I am not a fan of the trio of announcers in career, wish they would have stuck with John McCarthy.

graphics are definitely a step up, swing circle is also a noticeable change that i like and i've seen people in various places say they like it even if they've previously not enjoyed the 2k style swing vs ea.

Did they take away John McCarthy on the Online Head to Head? I think he was more prevalent there, as he barely made an appearance on the Career mode in PGA2k23. Hope they got rid of that lady though on career mode, she was obnoxious.

John McCarthy is still there in non-career, which is good, we like John. Lady is back and she is still annoying. So are Rich Beem and other guy (who are kind of annoying too). Will see how they handle rivals, which in 2K23 were excessively long rants!
