How do you get the last part, the FIR pitch shots?

I'm guessing you do pitched tee shots, hitting the fairway.

I was looking at this earlier and cant figure it out either. Doesnt allow you to hit pitch shots off the tee. Maybe a created course will work

with the range of the pitch shots you can't make it past the tees. i'm sure someone's found a hole to get this on though.
