Im unable to redeem or get STARTER PACK DLC.
Can someone actually tell me what is going on?! I

Dear Samattra, I appreciate you trying to help. However I have created like 3 tickets for this issue now! I have been told to uovote a thread and follow it.
That is hardly going to solve the problem and get us our DLC that we all have paid for!!!
Someone actually sorting this would be great! This cannot be difficult!
Also a some token gesture of a good will for all this fiasco we had to experience would be nice too!

I submitted a support ticket late last night for this, but I am also missing everything from the starter pack best I can tell. A bunch of stuff did unlock over the few times I’ve logged in, but none of it seems to be the starter pack stuff.

Yes, Im missing everything. All other DLC (legend edtn) seem to be redeemed.

I was basically told the same thing about upvoting that thread as well. Doesn’t seem like what should be needed to get something we paid for.

I would recommend keeping it to the one ticket on an issue. Multiple tickets just slows the 2K Support team down.

Upvoting the thread gives them a gauge on how widespread an issue is. Following it means you'll know when they post an update on the situation.

Remember that 2K Support are not the developers, they filter through information to pass on to the developers.

2k Games responded to my ticket asking for proof of purchase and screen shots of my Steam activation of the product. After providing that information, they told me that I won’t get the Starter Pack contents until the game enters full release. Hopefully, that’s accurate but it doesn’t make much sense since the Starter Pack shows in my DLC library (didn’t receive any of it) and Steam has it for sale now as a DLC with a 2/20/2025 release date.

I thought something like that might happen. It's a bummer but 2K classic behaviour.

I can confirm. Just had email from 2K telling me that Starter pack will be available on full game launch 28-2-2025. I think someone messed up and instead of admitting to it, they came up with the 28-2 release date..

Dont think I got my legendary purchase extra.

Im not sure if this is how it was supposed to be but I bought legendary and have like nothing in VC. Play to earn but I played 3 rounds and cant even afford a shirt and shoes while spending 120$ on the game. Am I missing something?

Dont buy anything above standard and recommend on sale, There trying to grind our wallets now with low rewards and pay to unlock what u want. Joke Hoke Joke
