Game freezes...

I can play for a few holes and then the game freezes on my back swing. I am playing on PC in Steam with a Mouse. I had the same issue with the demo. The only thing I can do is kill the process in Task Manager. We shouldn't have these kind of problems with the price of this game.

Controller bug still occuring for multiple users regardless of controller type.

2k support has stated this for a workaround: Relaunching the game on Steam should resolve this issue temporarily. However this is false and there is no current work around. Bug seems to be random and no update from 2k support on when this will be fixed.

How is your Steam's controller support configured? It may need to be disabled to avoid creating a virtual controller. This can be done globally or on a game-to-game basis with the game's properties from the library.

Same bug as in 2k23, that is a unity engine problem and have fun waiting for a patch for that, we are waiting since 2k23 haha

how can it be unity, it works for me always has, even worked in 2k23 never had a problem.

I have experi.enced bugs in 2k23 but not this specific controller bug. This seems to be specific to PGA 2k25 first look

Same problem. Controller stops working on first hole. Total game lock-up.

Yep same here. Playing on handheld and controls lock up every few holes.

My freezes are few. I have purchased the early release and absolutely DO NOT want the game as is. I am yet to experience returns with Steam but it's looking like I may. And sadly so,

yeah been happening since 2k23, only work aroud is to press start go to assign controller then confirm and it starts working... makes no sense but oh well

Controller wont stay connected

I have seen some post on this but was wondering if anybody had found a fix. I turn the game on my controller will work for a random amount of time then the game will freeze. I have tried 3 different controllers as well as wired connection still same result.
