Upgrade version?
I pre ordered the standard version, but now i want to upgrade to the early release version for $30 more. But i cannot find a way to do that without buying the early release version for the full $99 price. is the only option to refund and rebuy the $99 version?

Probably. But the Deluxe version is $81 on CD Keys, I'd refund and pick it up for that price. That's where I got my key from.
