Crashing

Whenever I try to join an online matchmaking game the game just closes? Anyone know how to fix?

I was installing the 2K23 again and to try online and it works.. I feel it isnt our problem but 2K problem .....

I think I've figured it out, it appears when any other audio device is used other than Realtek. It crashes when in matchmaking. If I plug in a PS5 edge controller it crashes because it tries to use the audio on the controller. Same with my SoundBlaster g6. The only way I can get it to work is to plug my headset directly into the PC and use an xbox controller.

You need to disconnect all 3rd party audio devices for this to work.

Hope that makes sense. it's basically something to do with the audio

i think i have worked it out
go into your audio settings in game and turn off voice chat

works for me

WoE ! MAN ! I love you.. it works to me too.. I am deaf man so I had no idea about audio or voice :D Thanks again man really thanks..

Try disable voice chat? After that it works for me.. thanks bobscot

I fixed my issue. I had to disconnect my sim rig which had 5 other USB inputs to PC. Game has an issue with multiple input devices not getting along.
