Frame Rate?
I have only had my gaming computer a few months now and have set my GPU at 60hz and my frame rate for games at 59. I have a RTX 4060 8gb graphics card. Would I see an improvement in the game if I upped my hertz to say 100 and upped my frame rate to 99? What do others have things set at?

I have an AMD Sapphire RX 7900 XTX with the refresh rate at 120hz. With FRS enabled in game the framerate is 120fps. Without FRS enabled the fps is 85 - 100. I enabled FRS today, so I haven't had a chance to notice if there's any real difference.

My monitor refresh rate is 144 so i play at 144. Intel I7 14700KF, 4070 TI 12gig, 64gig ram @6000mhz. Game runs so smooth. i get over 200 fps in game but i vsync lock it to 144

playing 1440p 180hz with 32 ram Hellhound RX 7800XT, getting 159. Very smooth.

I just want to tell everyone that I play this at 144htz at 3440x1440 ultrawide. I forgot, what did the OP ask? Anyways, it runs smooth.

I set my game to half V-sync so it's 82 frames and it haven't stuttered once and plays really well. I only have a 2080 Super as well with an i9 9900k so you should be able to easily pump your numbers up.

IMHO RTX 4060 should stay at 60 FPS at 1920 x 1080 RTX 4060 is low end and might hit 75 hz but it will be working hard. Again IMHO

I play it on ultra settings at 3440x1440 with 120fps+ on a 3060ti

I am on a 4080. Maxed out at 4k and max settings no DLSS enabled and get 120fps.

Yes higher frame rate = smoother game play
