Commentator coaching before hitting a putt
For me the commentator coaching re the direction of putts is a bad idea. I surmise hardcore players who want to play the game on Master or Legends levels may not want to be told in advance where the putts might break.

I'm never played 2k23 PGA Tour much (wasn't my cup of tea for several reasons, mostly the swing stuff isn't as good as 2K25). So, I'm starting from almost scratch with 2K's golf games and want to figure it out for myself how to become good player.

As for this commentator (who for me is a snore fest anyway) I'll probably turn him off when the full game is released next week.

Any thoughts?

I stated as much in my post, did you not read it right through?. I am just curious if people like the commentary in the game and in particular the coaching for putts.

Qwest & profile settings audio commentary volume slider 0% off. If other people want it they will leave it on.

I don't see the need for a commentator when you're trying to simulate or have a sense of immersion when playing a round of golf. Are the commentators physically following you from hole to hole letting you know how you're doing? Turn that crap off and play golf boys.

Have you ever heard of caddie All the pros have one. The caddie gives all sorts of advice.

What if you like the commentary but don't want the assistance?
