First time setup
This game is performing a first time setup every time I launch it.It takes so long

We've been making some changes to the redistributables the game uses to correct some bugs and crashes. Sorry for the delay this is causing, we just pushed the last change and it should stop happening now!

We haven't changed anything, not sure why it would be popping up for you. You could try running the installers found next to the EXE of the game in _CommonRedist, those are what generally run for first time startup. It might kick steam out of a state that's forcing it to run startup stuff.
