Power play help

My Sharks finished last in the NHL in PP% last season (~12%), despite finishing as the 7th seed in the West and making the playoffs. What recommendations do folks have for getting your power play going?

I have all Tactics settings on default. I've tried using both a 3 forward and 4 forward PP, and neither has generated more goals. It's interesting that when I have AI Assistant set lines, the AI picks a 4 forward setup. The talent is there (Draisaitl, Verhaeghe, Cozens, Drysdale on PP1), but the results are not.

For anyone else with a struggling PP, I changed the PP Breakout tactic setting to "Up the Centre", since my 1C and 2C are good skaters, and this increased PP goals. I also changed out the PP personnel for those that had bad or terrible fits for PP tactics.
