Console commands?

Is there a list anywhere that has the console commands? I often run a server for me and my friends and wanted to know if there where any commands I could use to change things such as zombie damage, zombie spawn amount and so on.

I actually have another question regarding this.
I cannot open the console at all.
I have the console enabled in the options, but no matter wich key i press it will not open a console...
had the same problem in NMRIH.
Anyone has a clue as to why this is?
I am from sweden and have a swedish keyboard if that makes any difference.

Not familiar with swedish keyboards, but try binding the "~" key to one on your keyboard and see if that works. Don't know the binding cmd/name for that particular key so you'll have to google that part.

that key is called tilde
