FIX for "Could not load library client"

me and hologramix have found a fix, downloading x86 & x64 versions of both
- Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013
- Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Service Pack 1 Redistributable Package
