Is it possible to get refund?

I'm sorry if you guys truly feel that way. Unfortunately, like Valve's No-Refund policy we do not offer a refund. We did however provide a thorough game-play, game-mechanics, and game-mode trailer with features and what not as well as numerous high profile youtubers/press/etc as well as our own streams to show you what you were paying for before you paid for it.

The game is still in Early Access, it's on a heavily modified version of Source that is more Contagion than anything else, it uses Contagion assets (not ZP:S) that were built from scratch. We look forward to providing a more polished game as we continue to update almost daily. We're also sorry with the technical difficulties with the servers but all was fine until we went form 50 to 500 servers but we believe we know what the issue is and should have these up and running soon.

We appreciate your concerns and will do our best to have you singing another tune shortly. If not, we're truly sorry we were unable to be clearer about what to expect no and in the near future.

My question would be to all of you:

Did you play either of the mods Zombie Panic Source or No more room in Hell?

If yes: Guess what you're supporting some of the devs who made those mods for you and you probably enjoyed them more than some big title games you paid $60 for.

If no: The game is still In early access and will only get better with custom content, ect.

The problem is people start having experience about early released game. I can think about one game who sucked at first and suddenly becomes awesome 6 months/1 year later. We know the game will looks like this finished. Loading time, finding a game, door that blocks you, horrible freeze, ridiculous zombie AI, there is so much issues to fix here, people knows it won't happends in one month. And whatever you say the video and stream pretend that the game is functionnal, and its not. I want to play the game, but i can't. Why people should pay for this game 2 weeks after you get your kickstarter money ? It makes no sense to me. Still i was dumb enough to pay for this ...

Idk if Steam refunds, try it, the point is: Give the game a chance, for those of us who played the mod this is feeling awesome. Its not like l4d at all, thats the damn point! Zombies are meant to be slow, their power is in the numbers, and only when every player is doing great and sharing ammo will you have success. I agree the first loading is painfull though, anyway: beta.
