basically everything, and I noticed your problem somewhat painfully.
I like to add that it doesn't get better if you already have set the in game volume
to a preferred setting. On next launch, the game itself kept that setting, but
the intro still pretty much screams at you full volume.
(Also: Frag not Lag made me lol pretty hard the first time, as I had trouble with
performance)
Not to be stingy, really, we always could mute the sound and raise the volume after
starting the game (or putting on those headphones), so it's really not a pressing issue.

We are talking about what happens when you launch the game, also I have yet to see any ads on the servers I play on though, so I wouldn't need anything like that.
