How to open console in this game?

there is no option for console in the key bindings.Don't tell me to set -console as launch option,i want console in the game,not in the main menu.

I usaully just press the ~ key. Also, make sure it is enabled in your options.

it is enabled and no,the ~ key doesnt do anything

Your consol key might be switched to something else, try changing it. I think you can find it in controls or settings.

No there is no option to bind the console to a key.You must do it manually within the console.I typed bind "m" "toggleconsole" in the console and now it opens whenever i press M.Consider my question solved ;)
