Maybe, but a random minor 1% damage slice infecting you at random, compared to getting swarmed and hurt for a lot of damage, and not becoming infected doesn't seem to logical in my eyes.
Really? I dont think normal or easy are anywhere near that high.
Also ive died from 2 hits i believe, 3 at most on extreme.
Having played a game earlier where the group was getting paranoid about people being infected or not, it'd be cool if they expanded this aspect of the game (With FF off there's basically nothing you can do until the person turns). Something like Day-Z's restraining mechanic, though that'd probably be difficult to do in a way that people wouldn't exploit or use to grief.
With server plugin, yeah, you can cure it.
