Biotec Labs, open shutters?

I searched every wing of the first building and found no keys or way to open the shutters leading to the main building. I dunno if this is a bug with random generation or if the things are so subtle I just keep missing them. At first my phone said to find keys and I found none, then said to disable security. I went to the security room and couldn't find a way to do so. I've done this map before and others but it seems like theres a chance for maps to spawn as impossible.

witch biotech are you talking about the one that comes with the main game or a DLC?

Are you making sure you're looking everywhere? Because they can be in the cafeteria as well.

I searched EVERYWHERE. I know how hidden items can be.

The button for the shutters is in the basement - server room. First big room you come to with two glass walls. There is a small side room which the button is located in.

As for the keys, they have always spawned for me. Since there are two sets of keys, its hard to imagine both would be missing.

Ah gotcha, should be on a coat hanger or on table in back offices or in the offices by the window. There is no keys for basement in that level, only a bolt cutter.

I played recently and both keys spawned in the offices but it was the same place I always look when they didn't spawn. Seems like its working now?

there are never bolt cutters on Biotech. The keys spawn on janitor carts. One can spawn in the caffeteria, the other can spawn in an office in the back hallway.
