do this game has cross play and active players?

I can only see the steam chart, but does this game has cross platform play like exoprimal, which it still can play and match so fast which steam so low active player count? I want to try this game.

Yes there is crossplay, it's pretty much the only way you'll find matches.

Igual podés jugar vos solo con bots y desbloquear todo. Así que no te preocupes si no encontrás partida.

It seems to have players on the switch, and playstation. Thank god for crossplay. Queue times are roughly a minute, and every once in a while you'll get a bot, but they get replaced with humans mid-match.
