Magicka 2 Staff,Weapon,Spell, Magic and Robe Unlock Locations

I found it quite hard to find info on where certain staff were etc so eventually I got fed up and started writing everything down. And I ended up with a list of what I think is probably most of all the spells, robes, weapons and staves. 95% maybe. So I put a page up with my lists and added some images, i'm sure someone else can find it usefull now.

Now that I spent the time to make it, I do want to complete it now so if you can mention something i'm missing and tell me where to get it, ill reply to you with lots of smile faces.

well you'll see i'm missing some weapons still. because i need to unlock them myself before i can take the screenshot for images. i'll get them up eventually but if you wanna hook me up i'll take em

EDIT: oh if you or someone has a icon image for headmaster sword I need that because, I dont have a pre-release order
