Xbox one controllers trouble

Hi.
I have xbox one controller, windows 10. Controller works fine with lots of other games.
When I start the game I can cast only rock and fire (A and B buttons) all other spells can be casted with Steam button (which I don't have).
I watched some videos and people have something that looks like spell-wheel. How can i set my controlls like that?
Look at pic - thats how it looks for me.

I imported the configuration

I modified the sensibility for melee attack
Wather and Life are switch...
But all functions are avaliables from XBOX ONE controller in game...

I solved the problem.

Select the Big Picture Mode,you can see the option at settings -> controller settings.

Then uncheck the Xbox Controller Profile Support.

or use the xbox controller profile support and just get the right template

This worked like a charm. Been trying to get this to work for hours now and it finally worked after unchecking the "xbox controller support". Thanks :)

That did not work, its really annoying its not working at all. Tried different setting still doesn't work
