The machine is relative easy to play in my opinion. But the billion shot is a challenge (short time frame). I missed it until now (but absolutely accurate)
When you loose one ball, the "story" starts from the beginning.
"voice activation, optical link a.s.o."
She says :"Oh no, I`m turning back.."
So both balls keeping in game is important to progress.
It was important for me to know that I understood the rules correctly.
I also think that the scoring on the Bride is somewhat unbalanced. Once you've made the billion shot, all other shots seem irrelevant. 200,000 skill shot...lol. Even the 1 Million loop shot seems undesirable. Other than that, the Bride is a great table. I particularly like the challenging multiball rules.
+1. Worst scoring system I've ever seen in a pinball table. Once you know about the billion point shot, there is no reason to go for anything else. Really stupid.
Sad too because I was having fun with the table until I learned about it. But it's no fun to play "normally" (doing a variety of different things) for like 30 minutes and know that that score can be beaten in about 3 minutes because of one shot.
You're right if your end goal is competitive play. Other than the scoring system, the table is well designed and is still fun if the scoring disparity doesn't bother you. It's a great introductory table with some style. It's a classic.
Way to go wizard7424, congrats.
