How do I select a custom ball

I bought a custom ball in game :

28 Dec 2013$0.99Purchase
Pinball Arcade
Eyeball+Custom+Ball

I have no idea how to use it. When I go to the table menu and custom balls where I would expect to see it , there is nothing there. Is it table specific maybe? I am trying with Attack from MArs and a few others, but none have the option.

A bit confused, any help appreciated!

Should be in table menu extras you can use any ball with any table.

Thanks for confirming that, that's where I thought I should find it, but it's not there. So there is nothing I need to so after purchasing the ball to make it available? It should just be there? I bought both the ball and the table pack through steam.
