How do I set Pinball Arcade to Full Screen?

OK, after a couple of weeks break from the game, I decided to play Pinball Arcade again. However, this time, the game is not set to full screen. Few weeks back, I remember playing the game on full screen and now the settings have mysteriously changed.

The question is, how do I set the game to full screen? I can't seem to find that option in the options menu.

OK, I noticed that when I choose Direct X 11, the game is not at full screen. However when I choose the first option which is just to play Pinball Arcade, the game is at full screen.

Does this mean that if one chooses the option to play at Direct X 11, full screen mode is disabled? Please note that my graphics card which is a 780M GTX supports Direct X 11.

If I hook to a big screen with an hdmi no matter what I do the game will not go to full screen. I have tried alt + enter, and the configuration utility will not open with the game running. Please farsight add an opton for full screen within the game like every other pc game ever. Any advice on how to get it to work would be nice. I am playing in DX11, Pro Pinball and Zaccaria play just fine on the second screen, but TPA has tons of lag when stuck in windowed mode for me.

I found that if I start the game (DX11) then hook up the hdmi the game will stay in full screen but only the mouse courser is visable on the TV screen
