It's not 5 minutes per table, it's 20 minutes per table and you can retry as many times as you want. The trick is to figure out how to get the most points in the shortest amount of time. So, with Twilight Zone I concentrated solely on completing door panels so I could get multiple runs of Lost in the Zone (wizard mode). I didn't bother with things like playing modes, multi-ball, etc. that don't score very well.
