Ripley's Believe it or Not: Shoot Again not lighting up at start

When playing RBION on Pinball Arcade, I notice that the Shoot Again light doesn't light up at the start (for the mercy free ball if you have a horrible start or miss the skill shot and want to cheese it).

I'm fairly sure that it's supposed to be lit up for a few seconds after the start of each ball. See the first 20 seconds of this video:

I was going to post a video of the machine at the office that displays the same behavior but this was the first hit on YouTube so it saved me some time :)

Pretty sure it's a feature in the Operator's Menu somewhere. Not an issue.

Yep, that's supposed to happen. Early Stern tables didn't have a ball save at the start, only if you change it.
