if you buy the pro packs you can access the operators menu. there you can do things like change the score needed for extra balls and stuff like that. if you do that your score wont be uploaded to the leaderboards.

Why do some people cheat?? They know they cheated so they know it's not really their score. They would only feel shame, not pride. They would only lose self-respect. No need to tar and feather him because he would be tarred and feathered by his own inner feelings about himself.

LOL! I can assure you that those cheaters/hackers sleep very well at night. Think about ''Failsight'' for example, he is just doing it for trolling the company and the fans, not for taking any pride in fake scores.

maybe he wants to see wizard modes on tables he would otherwise never be able to. maybe he wants his little kids to play without getting frustrated. maybe he just wants to play a prank on his friend by beating his local high score by 100x. who really cares as long as his score doesnt end up on the leaderboard?

i do not care about scores but about getting through the gameplay. i am not a good enough player to do that without cheating.

But pinball is all about the scores, so yeah... if you're cheating your'e doing it wrong. That's what the gameplay is about.

some people just like to knock a ball around a table and dont care about the scores. they arent doing it wrong, just differently.

if anything you should be welcoming of all players regardless of skill or goals. pinball is niche enough without its players having an exclusionary attitude.

I welcome all with open arms. What I meant is how there are no cheats to pinball. The point is just having fun, and scoring as much as you're able.

I myself play just for fun most of the time.

the point is just having fun. full stop. if that involves scoring as much as you are able then thats great for you. if its just trying to activate all the modes to see what happens thats great too. its even ok if you just like to get really high and watch the lights flash.

Activating Lyman's Lament using the flippers is a fun, innocuous cheat for Monster Bash, and it is confirmed to work in TPA.
