Addams Family flipper snaps?

I have a nitpick: on the Addams Family table aren't the flippers supposed to flip along with the snaps in the theme song after a game? The table I play at my local bar does this.

It does happen, but rarely.

I think the random chance is reset each time you exit the table, making it seem like it has a lower rate of occurring. I'm only guessing, but I've only seen it happen once after playing the table multiple times in a row.

I've never seen it do it by itself because I've never given it the chance.

Another thing; on the Addams Family table I play there is an Uncle Fester on that chair in the center. It's missing from PA, I guess PA emulates an earlier version?

That was never on TAF. The Uncle Fester on the chair is a player mod, not an actual part of the table.

On a regular TAF, it only happens once in a while, not every time. Maybe the table you play at the bar has an operator setting to do it every time?

That was one of my favorite tables at Jake's Pizza. The flippers only did that every now and then.
