running Pinball Arcade in Windows Kiosk mode?

I am a complete neophyte and build a very simple PC Arcade machine using using Windows 10. I'd like to use this machine in "Kiosk mode" so it run only/exclusively Pinball Arcade. Is this possible. Windows Kiosk setup only lets you select Microsoft Edge and from there you can enter the specific website URL, but I don't know what to enter? Is this even possible recognizing that as a Steam registered user, I have a shortcut/icon on my desktop that jumps right to Pinball Arcade. I would greatly appreciate any advice. Ty.

You can try something like shell launcher ( is available for W10 pro/enterprise ) which would replace the windows desktop/explorer and launches the game instead. But if you would like multiple games you would be better of with a game launcher/arcade frontend like launchbox/attract mode or pinballx or pin up popper (there are many more)
