Glow balls?

So I just saw an announcement about some Twitch event with glow balls. But my question is, where are MY glow balls? They completely disappeared a couple of updates ago.

(No testicle jokes, please. Serious question. lol)

Mine disappeared too. Farsight has since restored my balls. :) Was missing the eyeball too. Be sure to make sure you're not missing anything else.

Wait, there's an eyeball? I never had that.

I have the pro version of every season that was released. Just how much am I missing exactly? And where did my balls go? lol

You'll have to contact support to get your glo-balls back. Be prepared to show proof of purchase. The eyeball was a separate purchase just like the glo-balls are. It's not available anymore.

I bought all seven pro packs and the eyeball right before the Williams and Bally tables were removed from the store. The eyeball and glo-balls disappeared when that patch was released. Turns out I wasn't even supposed to have the glo-balls. In one of these posts somewhere, someone mentions that the Dr. Who ball pack and glo-ball pack were bugged and showing up as free for some people. When I asked support about it, they told me it's true. If you didn't buy the glo-balls separately then I'd buy those now. I'd do the same with the Dr. Who ball pack too, if you have any interest in that.

The GloBalls were initially released w/o any restrictions back in June (?) of 2017. Sometime around July of 2018 they were put behind a paywall. No explanation – ZERO Communication – from FarSight regarding this change.
